This limited-edition steering wheel pays homage to Ayrton Senna da Silva—one of the greatest Formula 1 drivers of all time—and the legendary 1988 McLaren MP4/4, the most dominant car in F1 history. Designed and developed by -273 in Los Angeles, in collaboration with the Senna family, Senna Brand, and renowned Italian manufacturer Nardi-Personal S.p.A., this wheel is a faithful recreation of the one Senna used during his historic championship season.

Handcrafted in Italy, Built to Race Specs

Manufactured in Tradate, Italy, at the original Nardi factory, this 290mm wheel is built to the exact specifications used by the 1988 McLaren race team. It features authentic ‘Boost’ and ‘Radio’ buttons, a master connector and cable, de-bossed Personal branding, and is wrapped in the finest Italian suede using a stitchless, bonded assembly—just as it was originally designed. Each wheel is housed in a custom display box and includes a pre-threaded wall-mount hook for effortless mounting and display.

A Piece of Motorsport History

This collector’s edition is limited to just 300 units, each individually engraved with a tamper-proof serial number (#/300) and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Nardi-Personal S.p.A. To commemorate Senna’s legacy, we’ve partnered with legendary motorsport photographer Keith Sutton and LAT Images to include an officially licensed, iconic image of Ayrton Senna celebrating his victory at Spa-Francorchamps.
