"L'Echappée Belle" BMW R-Nine T
L'Echappée Belle (The Great Escape) is an original side-car created by OSE Kustom Motorworks for the official BMW Motorrad R-Nine T Customization Contest in 2015.
The Bike
The original BMW R-Nine T was modified extensively with aesthetics and functionality in mind. Everything has been built with attention to detail and upon a closer look you will discover many quirks around the build. It is painted in a "candy green" color with a shiny texture. To match the green color, brown leather upholstery has been used in the seat and it has given the bike a truly unique look. Other details include a flat-tracker style front plate instead of the headlight and laser-etched details on the leather upholstery. Gas caps have been laser engraved with the OSE logo. A scrambler-type exhaust has been fitted to the R-Nine T and it was entirely handmade in-house.
The Side-Car
To go with the beautiful BMW motorcycle, OSE created one of the best looking side-cars we've ever seen. It is covered in the same "candy green" paint and uses the same brown leather upholstery. The side-car is fitted with scrambler wheels so you don't have to go on offroad adventures alone. On the side of the car you can find a beautiful bearing cap with the laser-etched OSE logo. A stainless steel bar has been mounted upfront for passengers to hold on to the wild ride.
